It's all very simple.
Florentine by blood, Australian by choice, my heart is always in-between.
I have been a lawyer (technically, I still am!?), a music teacher, and now a content creator for one of the most renowned (and the most multicultural and inclusive! yay!) broadcasters in Australia. But MUSIC is the authentic leitmotif of my entire life.
I started with piano as a kid, and studied it for a few years at the Conservatorium in Florence. Later, I moved to sax alto, studying with the great Maestro Alberto Guerrini, who also brought me along to the Banda di Fiesole, where I played for ... oh, so many years! It's because of my sax studies that I met Mirko Guerrini - the one who would have become my lifelong companion, and ... the one who would have made me stop playing the sax (he says to eliminate the competitors, but maybe it was because I wasn't good enough!)! In any case, the stars aligned correctly (as it turned out!) because he was the one who told me I should study singing.
Though it seems like yesterday, this happened geologic eras ago. Since then, singing has become my thing. Something that I do ...well, let's be sincere: for myself!
It is what makes me feel alive.
